Paula Ruiz

Hey! I'm Paula. How's everythings going? I'm a member of the Group 10 with Cori, Marta, Lucas and Georgina. I'm so nervous to start this experiencie in Irelandin Moate a place between Galway and Dublin. I wish that my irish family will be very kind with Aina and me. I believe that this experience will be very different and special for me and all the students. Last year I went to Arcachon, a fantastic place near our country.

DAY 1: June 12, 2018

I am very nervous and excited for this trip is the first I do with some teachers on a plane and also the first with my best friend and I hope it is not the last.  am very nervous and excited for this trip is the first I do with some teachers on a plane and also the first with my best friend and I hope it is not the last. When we arrived in Dublin on the plane it was much colder and no sun. When we arrived in Moate we felt very protected as it was a small town. When we arrived in Moate we felt very protected as it was a small town. When we arrived at the meeting point we were very nervous because our family at first we were not so affectionate with them because everything was different. that day we had lunch later and we asked Mary, the mother of our family, that if we could have dinner later. He told us yes but that the other days we would have dinner at 6:00 p.m. on that at 7:00 p.m.

 DAY 2: June 13, 2018

Today was the first day we went to Dublin and also our first day of travel. We went to visit a very different museum that probably would not be found in Catalonia and then we went to a ship where they explained the way we lived in the people who lived there. It was a wooden boat and the "beds" where people were sleeping also were. At lunchtime, Lorena told us the time and place where we had to find ourselves at the meeting point but when it was time to go, there was no one, Lorraine was wrong and we went Call the emergency phone but they did not answer, we stressed a lot, but in the end they could fix everything.

DAY 3:  June 14, 2018

On the 14th we went to see the Bunratty Castle and the Folk Park and we entered medieval life. With some friends we went to tea to a tea room. They told us that the king's presentation was taking place at the hall. In addition, they also explained that the paintings they had in the hall were famous and important because they educated children. A very curious and important fact is that nowadays only hair and nails have been recovered from the people who lived in that Medieval Castle but not bones. Later we went to the Cliffs of Moher where there were a lot of people we went up the stairs until we got to the highest part, there it was very cold and very windy but luckily we were able to make a few photos. When we finished we went back to where the bus was and we went to a museum. In this museum there was a lot of information about the type of trees they had, the type of birds, the meters that were there, how the cliffs formed, what type of Earth is formed...

DAY 4: June 15, 2018

It was one of the most different days since we went to a school that had to Moate and finish working with the whole group. Then we went to undertake the kind of football they play there: Gaelic football. the monitors showed us the steps they had to continue to know how to play this type of football, they were not easy but we tried to do it unfortunately with half of the games it rained and we had to take refuge for a while and I thought the game was over but my teacher came and he said that there was still an hour left to go. In case it was not enough then we had to go to a ruin. I sincerely found the visit to these ruins not so interesting, only that there was a door that seemed magical because you spoke of one end and felt perfectly from the other.

DAY 5: June 16, 2018

It was a good day as we visited Dublin and we were able to go shopping and shop and we also had to work. We went to visit a museum and made notes. I can not explain much more since it was a day that we have enough free time and the time that we were in the museum explained the part of politics and that is the part that we will explain orally.

DAY 6: June 17, 2018

free day to do shopping, one thing that I do have to say is that it was a very bad day and because of this we could not see the beach as well. And to finish the day we went to the disco was in the village and it was one of the best days of credit and there we did a lot of equipment we got to cry and we ran off.

DAY 7:  June 18, 2018

The last day in Moate and the last day in Ireland, It makes me weird to say goodbye, since I was starting to get confidence with the family. I think it was not a good day to visit Ireland since the day before we went to the disc and we were very tired and slept. Last days we went to Dublin and the meeting point was at the Trinity Collage but this time we visited the Trinity Collage on the inside and we saw the library and we really liked it and we were definitively dismissed.
